The Mascara You NEED
Hello friends! Today's topic is mascara. specifically, my top 4 favorite mascaras that I always must have. MUST. HAVE. That was not a joke. Two of them are drugstore brands and two of them are more higher end brands. I wanted to give you a couple options and tell you why I love each of them! For me, I need a mascara that makes my lashes look thick and full without making my lashes look clumpy and cakey. Ew. Nobody wants that look. Gimme those long, elegant, wispy lashes!
We all know the mascara brush is like a magic wand when it comes to lashes, and this brush isn't messing around, This Urban Decay mascara has a great formula and this brush gives you intense coverage on your lashes. One of their claims is this formula never gets clumpy, so sign me up for thick-looking lashes! It also contains ingredients that can stimulate lash growth, so it is a lengthening mascara.
One of my brides actually recommended this Covergirl mascara to me, and I went right out and bought it the day after we had met up. I think the jumbo brush was what really sold me. She had me use it on her lashes at her trial and it was amazing!! This mascara is also available in 4 colors -- if you're wanting a brown or less intense black option, they've got you covered. I buy this mascara and use it for my brides now and they also have a waterproof option (which is what I always use - no tears messing up our makeup here!).
I remember the first time I tried this mascara I had gotten it in a sample package as part of a gift, and I immediately went back and got the full size after I tried it. The Benefit Cosmetics Roller Lash mascara is a MUST! This mascara is supposed to help your lashes hold a nice curl all day, and they carry both black and brown shades. Their ingredients also help nourish your lashes for a better looking lash every day.
And FINALLY, my literal ride or die mascara that simply cannot be beat (that I'm wearing in these photos) is the L'Oreal Voluminous mascara, L'Oreal also carries this in different colors and with a curved brush (which I always make a mess on my face when I buy the curved brush, don't know why.... anyone else?). Of all y favorite mascaras this is probably the one I use the most. I just can't get away from it. It makes my lashes look so nice, and for just the right price (see what I did there?). But seriously, this mascara looks so good and the brush really helps separate and define each of my lashes. Need I say more?
What mascara do you use? What's your favorite? Let me know and let me know if you try any of these mascaras!
See you next time
